Your purchase
Query Anvil costs US$70 once for a lifetime license. All future updates are included. There’s no subscription.
Purchases go through Lemon Squeezy in the Beggars Apps store. Your receipt includes the downloads and license key. You don’t need a separate Query Anvil account.
Activate
- Find your key.
Use the license key in your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Keep it private.
- Open License in Settings.
Press ⌘, on Mac or Ctrl+, on Windows to open Settings. Find License, enter your key and choose Activate.
- Check the status.
An active license lets you use the app. Check license runs a fresh online check.
Devices
Your license covers up to five active computers you use, across Mac and Windows. If you’ve reached five devices, choose Deactivate this device on one you no longer use before activating another.
If you’ve lost access to an old computer or reached the activation limit, email hello@queryanvil.com from the purchase address with your order number.
Offline use
Activation needs the internet. After a successful license check, you can work offline for up to seven days. The app checks at startup and periodically while it’s open. Connect again before the allowance ends.
A temporary connection problem doesn’t cancel a valid license. An expired offline allowance needs a successful online check before new database operations can resume.
Refunds
A refunded purchase’s license is cancelled. Online devices pick this up on a license check; offline access may continue until the existing allowance ends. Your databases and local drafts aren’t deleted.
You can request a refund within 14 days under the refund policy. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.
Updates and help
Use your receipt’s download links for future versions. If you’ve lost the receipt, open Lemon Squeezy My Orders and enter the email used at checkout. It sends you a sign-in link to view your purchases, downloads and key.
For an activation problem, include the message shown in License, your app version and your operating system. Don’t send the key itself or private database contents.
