For buying and using Query Anvil.

Who we are

Query Anvil is developed by Dwayne Charrington and sold under the Beggars Apps brand. Contact hello@queryanvil.com for app, license or order questions.

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record. It handles checkout, payment, applicable sales taxes and payment refunds. Its buyer terms also apply to the purchase.

Your license

US$70 buys a lifetime Query Anvil license with all future updates included. It’s a single payment, with no subscription or renewal fee. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout.

The license has no expiry and covers Mac and Windows on up to five active devices. Keep your license key private. Don’t share or resell it. You may use the app for your database work, but the purchase doesn’t give you ownership of Query Anvil or its branding, or a right to redistribute the app.

Activation and periodic license checks need an internet connection. After a successful check, the app can work offline for up to seven days. Moving to another device may require deactivating an old one. See Licensing for the steps.

Refunds

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase under our refund policy. A refunded purchase no longer grants a license to use Query Anvil. Online checks revoke access when the app next checks the license; an offline device may take until its allowance ends.

Your databases

You’re responsible for having permission to access the databases you connect. Check queries and changes before running them, and keep suitable backups. A database client can change or delete data when the connected account has permission to do so.

Your data remains yours. Query Anvil connects to the databases you choose; it doesn’t host your databases. The support guide explains which features are available for each engine. Provider services and charges remain subject to that provider’s terms.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains local storage, license checks, purchases and support email.

Your rights

These terms don’t exclude, restrict or replace rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law. The 14-day refund policy is additional to those rights.

If something isn’t working as described, contact us with the app version, operating system and a description of the problem. Don’t send database passwords, license keys or private database contents.
